Clean the Slate to Reboot

It's a common practice in the creative world or the dev's to completely scratch a project and start over. But you don't completely reinvent the wheel. You take the pieces of what what did work from the first pass (or third) and apply them to the fresh page. You already know where you need to go and how to get there. But there was too much baggage from the last attempt that muddied everything up.

Make it cleaner, make it more agile. You can cut the fluff and still keep the original soul of the piece.
